GOAN FISH CUTLET | HOW TO MAKE GOAN FISH CUTLET | MACKEREL FISH CUTLET | GOAN FOOD<br /><br />Goan Fish Cutlet (20 to 22 cutlets)<br /><br />Ingredients:<br /><br />(To Cook Fish)<br />Water: 1/2 cup<br />Turmeric: 1/4 Tspn<br />Salt: 1/2 Tspn<br />Mackerel (Fish): 05 nos<br /><br />(Green masala ingredients)<br />Corriander leaves: Handfull<br />Green Chillies: 08 nos<br />Garlic: 20 to 23 cloves (*Garlic cloves & not pods rectified from recipe)<br />Ginger: 01 inch<br />Corriander seeds: 01 Tspn<br />Cloves: 07 to 08 nos<br />Cinnamon: 01 inch<br />Cummin: 1/4 Tspn<br />Tamarind: Marbel size<br />Turmeric: 1/2 Tspn<br />Water: 1/2 Cup<br /><br />(To saute Green masala)<br />Onions: 04 nos<br />Tomatoes: 02 nos<br />Goan vinegar: 02 Tbspn<br />Salt: 1/4 Tspn<br />Oil to Saute<br /><br />(To Coat the Cutlets)<br />01 Egg & Semolina<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Method:<br /><br />* Add half glass of water, Turmeric & salt.<br /><br />* Add Mackerels in the pan containing Water, turmeric & salt.<br /><br />* Cook fish on the high flame untill its done. Once Cooked keep it aside to <br /> cool.<br /><br />* Once the fish is cooled de bone & clean the fish.
